From the day I threw my graduation cap, Real Estate became MY PASSION! My history and experience within the industry has passed through many stages and areas, building my foundation from reception at the Re/Max office in Terrace BC in 2003, to assistant (New Westminster - RE/MAX Advantage), buyers agent (2010, RE/MAX Advantage & Keller Williams), then both as individual & in partnership (Re-joined Re/Max - present day, since November 2013). With an Associate’s Degree from the Okanagan University College, Performance Theatre and the UBC Certification for Real Estate, I am well rounded in education and real life when it comes to this amazing industry.
I create an experience: unsurpassed service with emphasis on providing my clients honest advice and ample information so they can make their own decision – with confidence. I take very seriously the trust that has to be placed with the person representing the largest purchase of most peoples’ lives . I know too that it is only by honoring this trust, and putting my clients’ best interest first (always) that I will be able to continue to have a referral based business.
Alongside a career and team I love tremendously, my husband, son and dogs are what makes me whole. I cherish my time spent in nature and the great outdoors – and will take every opportunity to get lost in a great book.

Hi! My Name is Kacy Otter and was born and raised right here in the Fraser Valley. Langley has been my home for life and I truly have a passion for all of the Fraser Valley!
My schooling includes Business Admin at Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business, UBC Sauder School of Business in Real Estate, Brian Buffini Sales and Negotiating , certificates from the board including “Assisting Buyers in The
Purchase of New Homes And Condominiums” and “Know Your Product” as an expert in home construction.
As a highly driven, detail oriented individual you can rest assured your home buying and sellng experience will be unlike any other! I pride myself in running a relational,
referral based business, putting clients needs first and helping create a truly strong bond that will have my clients sending me their family and friends before we are done our first transaction! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two rescue dogs as well as playing soccer and getting out on the boat or dirtbike to really enjoy all the Fraser Valley has to offer!
